Welcome

I am a recent graduate of Hofstra University, receiving my B.A. in Broadcast Journalism in May 2010.  I have a wide variety of experience in both television and online journalism, having served as Executive Producer for the student-run "NewsWatch 35" and editor for NassauNewsLive.com.  I've covered local mayoral elections, government hearings, and the 2008 Presidential Debate using both traditional (MiniDV camera) and non-traditional (FlipCam, Twitter, Cover-It-Live) journalism tools.  I've interned for CNN's Money Unit and the sports department at WABC-TV in New York. My goal is to work in television news as a producer.
